Is this all make up? If so, very impressive with the artist who did it. At first glance it kinda looks CG or at least something from Flight of the Living Dead. I'm not really sure. Assuming this is all make up and not CG , It's probably the the best fx this side of a Tom Savini/ George Romero zombie flick.

She finished training in a movie effects make-up program at Vancouver FIlm School so yes the make-up is a pro job! She did it herself.
